Discovery + In-home ConsultationEvery project begins with a conversation. During an in-home consultation, we take the time to understand your home, lifestyle, design aspirations and the challenges you hope to resolve.Together, we explore opportunities for your space, discuss project priorities and provide initial design guidance. This is also an opportunity to learn about our approach and determine whether we're the right fit for your project.Following the consultation, we prepare a tailored proposal outlining the anticipated scope of work and design fees for the next phase.Consultation fee: $650+ GST  | Up to 2 hours

Step 1: Design KickoffWe begin with a deeper understanding of how you live and what you envision for your home. Through an in-depth meeting, inspiration imagery and a detailed onboarding questionnaire, we establish the priorities, functional requirements and aesthetic direction that will guide the project.Step 2: Concept Development + Space PlanningThis is where ideas begin to take shape. We explore spatial relationships, layouts, architectural details and an overarching design direction that balances form and function.Through preliminary concepts and thoughtful material exploration, we establish a cohesive vision for your home. We also collaborate with builders and relevant consultants to review feasibility and develop an initial understanding of construction costs, helping align the design direction with your investment.Step 3: Design Development + Final PresentationWith the concept established, we refine the design through carefully considered material selections, custom millwork, lighting, fixtures and architectural details.During an in-person presentation, we bring the design together through physical samples, finishes, drawings and curated visuals, allowing you to experience how the individual elements relate to one another.Client feedback is incorporated through a round of revisions as we move toward a fully resolved design.Step 4: Construction Drawings + SpecificationsOnce the design is approved, we translate the creative vision into detailed construction drawings and specifications that communicate design intent to the construction team.Depending on the project scope, documentation may include floor plans, interior elevations, custom cabinetry and millwork details, reflected ceiling and lighting plans, finish schedules and fixture specifications. We conclude this phase with a comprehensive review of the drawing package, ensuring the design decisions are clearly communicated before construction begins.

Step 5: Tendering + Contractor CoordinationWe collaborate with your builder and project consultants to clarify design details, review pricing and support a coordinated transition into construction. Our role is to ensure the design intent is understood and that the necessary information is available to support informed decisions as the project moves forward.Step 6: Construction + Site CoordinationAs construction progresses, we remain involved through scheduled site visits and ongoing communication with the project team. From framing and electrical rough-ins to tile installation, cabinetry and finishing details, we help resolve design-related questions and maintain continuity between the approved design and its execution.Step 7: Furniture Procurement + InstallationFor projects that include furniture and window coverings, these services are offered under a separate agreement. Our team curates furniture, decorative lighting, area rugs, artwork and accessories that compliment the architecture and bring personality to the home. Our team manages purchasing, supplier communication, order coordination, delivery and installation, creating a streamlined experience from selection through to the final details.Step 8: Project CompletionAs the project comes to a close, we conduct a final design-related walkthrough, identifying any outstanding details that require attention and coordinating with the appropriate project partners. Our goal is a considered transition from construction to everyday living, leaving you with a home that feels distinctly yours
