West Side Penthouse

This Kerrisdale Penthouse is designed to reflect the client's Danish roots and passion for Scandinavian design, creating a cozy winter retreat that emphasizes functionality. A multi-use entryway features a sitting area and closet, while neutral colors highlight existing artwork, including a prominent piece by Ken Wallace. The design incorporates white oak flooring, flat-faced cabinets, an integrated dining table, and a custom media unit to hide the tv, reinforcing a minimalist aesthetic. Custom furniture and area rugs complete the curated spaces, achieving a harmonious blend of beauty and practicality.
